          De nos jours dans les march\u00e9s professionnels sonores, la voix joue un r\u00f4le fondamental vis-\u00e0-vis des consommateurs. Ce qui n\u00e9cessite sa protection juridique dans un r\u00e9gime extr\u00eamement efficace comme celui des marques en vue de prot\u00e9ger efficacement les v\u00e9ritables auteurs des voix professionnelles en tant que fruit de leurs activit\u00e9s intellectuelles.\u00a0 Le pr\u00e9sent article d\u00e9montre d\u2019une part que du point de vue s\u00e9miologique, la voix professionnelle est distinctive, car elle sert de rep\u00e9rage dans les march\u00e9s professionnels sonores des produits ou services des entreprises, qui y \u0153uvre et, d\u2019autre part, elle peut \u00eatre une construction intellectuelle susceptible d\u2019appropriation et d\u2019exploitation industrielle.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>

          In today’s professional sound markets, the voice plays a fundamental role for consumers. This necessitates its legal protection under an extremely effective regime such as that of trademarks, with a view to effectively protecting the true authors of professional voices as the fruit of their intellectual activities. This article demonstrates that, from a semiological point of view, the professional voice is distinctive, as it serves to identify the products or services of companies operating in professional sound markets, and that it can also be an intellectual construct that can be appropriated and exploited industrially. <\/em><\/p>
