      La pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude d\u00e9montre que la singularit\u00e9 du crime d\u2019agression a un r\u00e9el effet d\u2019entra\u00eenement tant sur la responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale que sur la responsabilit\u00e9 civile des auteurs de ce crime, mettant ainsi en \u00e9vidence ce qui para\u00eet comme une asym\u00e9trie caract\u00e9ristique du crime d\u2019agression.       This study shows that the uniqueness of the crime of aggression has a real knock-on effect on both the criminal and civil liability of the perpetrators of this crime, thus highlighting what appears to be a characteristic asymmetry of the crime of aggression. This singularity conditions and determines the regime of these two forms of liability to the point of making them complex, particularly because of the issues they raise, given the legal, political and security dimensions they incorporate. <\/em><\/p>
