      La RDC et l\u2019Angola ne s\u2019accordent pas sur la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9limitation de leurs espaces maritimes dans l\u2019Atlantique. Si, l\u2019Angola reproche \u00e0 la RDC son unilat\u00e9ralisme, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les deux \u00c9tats ne sont jamais parvenus \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre tous les accords de coop\u00e9ration conclus pour l\u2019exploitation des hydrocarbures avant m\u00eame les discussions sur la d\u00e9limitation concert\u00e9e de ces espaces.       The DRC and Angola do not agree on the method of delimiting their maritime spaces in the Atlantic. If Angola criticizes the DRC for its unilateralism, in reality, the two States have never managed to implement all the cooperation agreements concluded for the exploitation of hydrocarbons even before the discussions on the concerted delimitation of these spaces.
